Next year again, we will have small classes of four. I prefer small classes so that everyone can have my full attention and my help, which is difficult in much bigger classes. A pastry kit for beginners is available for 45 dollars but not mandatory. The little chefs will only have to make sure to arrive on time and be appropriately dressed to be in a kitchen, an apron is highly recommended and appreciated, because we can and we will be messy! Lunch will be provided for Intermediate and advanced classes. You will have to let me know in advance about any food allergies or sensitivity.
